　　1.隔爆热电偶工作原理

　　如果由两种不同成份的均质导体(热电极)组成闭合回路,当两端存在温度梯度时,回路中就有电流通过,那么两端之间就存在热电势( 如下图1所示)

　　隔爆原理:利用间隙隔爆原理，设计具有足够强度的接线盒等部件，将所有会产生火花、电弧和危险温度的零部 件都密封在接线盒内，当腔内发生爆炸时，能通过接合面间隙熄 火和冷却，使爆炸后的火焰和温度不传到腔外。

　　2.隔爆热电偶的特点

　　按符合国际IEC标准的最新防爆规程GB3836设计;

　　采用两腔式隔爆结构,更换测温元件简便,使用安全可靠

　　隔爆标志dⅡCT6,适用于ⅡC级以下,引燃温度T6以上,含爆炸性气体场合的温度测量。
