RS8920是一款高压高速比较器，在通用高压比较器的基础上，大幅提升比较器的响应时间，将High to Low群延迟时间降低到100纳秒以内，以满足需要快速响应的应用，比如光伏逆变系统的过流检测、充电桩快充系统的过流检测，以达到快速切断电流通路，降低系统风险的目的。
RS8920的主要特性如下：

75ns( Overdrive=20mV)
☆ 工作电压支持2.8V~36V(±1.4~±18V)
☆ 开漏输出(Open-Drain)
☆ 低功耗0.37mA
☆ 低失调电压 4.5mV(Max)
☆ 低输入偏置电流: 20pA(Typ)
☆ 输入共模电压涵盖V-
☆ 扩展工业级工作温度：-40℃~125℃
