2月10日，裕太微电子股份有限公司（以下简称“裕太微”）在上海证券交易所科创板上市，发行价格92元/股。截止当日午间收盘，裕太微大涨158.03%，每股报237.39元，总市值达189.91亿元。
资料显示，裕太微成立于2017年1月，总部位于江苏省苏州市，是国内唯一自主知识产权以太网PHY芯片供应商。公司专注于高速有线通信芯片的研发、设计和销售。公司目前的产品主要为百兆、千兆的单口及多口以太网物理层芯片，可满足信息通讯、汽车电子、消费电子、监控设备、工业控制等多个领域的需求。
裕太微上市发行保荐机构为海通证券，本次公开发行股份数量为2,000万股，发行后总股本为8,000万股，占发行后总股本的25.00%，预计募资资金约13亿元，资金用于车载以太网芯片开发与产业化项目、网通以太网芯片开发与产业化项目、研发中心建设项目和补充流动资金项目。
据介绍，裕太微2021年度营业收入为2.54亿元，最近三年累计研发投入占最近三年累计营业收入的比例为43.96%。公司预计2022年全年可实现营业收入为4.0亿元至4.2亿元，较2021年增长57.60%至65.51%；归母股东净利润为-208.92万元至647 万元。
