博通189亿美元收购软件公司CA交易获美国监管部门批准

芯片业巨头博通(Broadcom)日前表示，该公司以189亿美元收购软件公司CA Technologies (CA)的交易获得美国反垄断部门批准。 该交易还需要获得欧洲和日本反垄断机构的批准。博通预计交易在今年第四季度完成。
