高通要求iPhone专利证明 英特尔拖2个月又食言了

据外媒报道，高通近日声明，在其与苹果的专利战诉讼中，英特尔原本要提供2018年iPhone使用最新射频组件的技术文档与代码，现在竟然食言了。

现在，高通正于加州采取进一步的举措，向英特尔施压，以交出之前同意要提供的内容：详细说明英特尔在Apple最新智能手机中使用的蜂窝调制解调器的蓝图。

“经过多次见面和书面交流，5月18日，英特尔似乎愿意合作，交出为2018年iPhone相关组件的设计，有限度地补充技术资料。”美国联邦法院的文件称。高通公司亦表示同意限制其文件要求的范围，让双方同意的解决方案加快出现。

“但英特尔重新回到了原点。英特尔未交出材料，两个月过后依然如此。”高通内部人士抱怨英特尔拒绝遵守传票，就Chipzilla目前的射频硬件提供证词。

高通公司提交的文件中显示，英特尔对此的理由是，要求过于繁琐，部分原因是高通公司的一些人希望居住海外的人士提供证词，但高通公司反驳认为，该证词通过视频会议便能获得。

之前，苹果公司在iPhone中使用了高通和英特尔基带芯片组。除了基于高通的手持设备，在性能方面优于Chipzilla的调制解调器之外，其他的差异对用户而言并不明显。

高通认为，英特尔应该合作，因为英特尔一直未公开2018年的RF组件——SMARTi7 RF收发器和XMM 7560基带处理器。

即便如此，英特尔可能希望将文件制作推迟到9月份，以此来讨好苹果公司，因为届时新款iPhone将正式亮相。
