南亚科厂房被爆电压下降,晶圆损失在可控范围

根据平面媒体报导，台湾地区半导体大厂南亚科的员工，于7日下午爆料指出，南亚科林口3A-N厂于6日下午惊传发生电力压降的情况，造成内部制程宕机，以致北栋厂商全部撤离。


而根据媒体所掌握到的消息，这一次事件对南亚科产能影响约在1K到2K的晶圆数量。


根据平面媒体报导指出，6日南亚科林口3A-N厂所发生的电力降压情况，原因是台电的电力设备，因为雷击而造成瞬间压降的情况，以致南亚科林口3A-N厂电压下降，造成内部制程宕机。


对此，南亚科也回应表示，该事件在经过紧急处理与重新设定之后，7日绝大部分设备皆已恢复正常运作，并未造成重大影响。


据了解，这次的事件对产能的影响仅在1K到2K的损失，以南亚科目前的产能来说，短时间很容易能补齐，相信对于目前市场上存储器吃紧的情况，应该不会造成任何的影响。
