台积电离职率为啥这么低,福利好可不是盖的

据中央社报道,晶圆代工厂台积电待遇好,员工留任意愿高,去年离职率仅 4.1%,创下成立来新低纪录。

台积电好福利总是令人欣羡,不仅每年加薪,近2年平均调薪幅度都有3%至5%,随着获利不断创新高,员工分红也水涨船高,去年员工现金奖金与现金酬劳达新台币448.36亿元,平均1位员工可拿到 106.75 万元(约合24.3万人民币)。

台积电福利佳,员工留任意愿高,据统计,台积电离职率继2015年创下 5% 历史新低后,去年离职率进一步降至 4.1%,再度刷新历史新低纪录。

据台积电去年进行的核心价值意见调查结果,有97%的员工愿意全心全力投入工作,使公司更好,有 95% 的员工愿意在未来5年,于公司内发挥所长,与公司一起成长。

台积电表示,持续成长是公司对股东与员工的主要承诺之一,留任优秀员工是这个承诺不可或缺的因素。

除提供好的待遇外,台积电还从员工适应、专业成长、职涯发展的角度,提供鼓励创新、有意义的工作和安全的工作环境。

台积电还于各厂区提供员工餐厅、洗衣服务等便捷的厂区服务,同时提供体重管理、厂区西医及牙医门诊服务、心理咨商、财务或法律咨询等全面的身心健康促进与管理方案。

台积电并有 80 个社团、70 场多元主题讲座等多样员工服务方案,还设有运动馆,提供多种健身设施给员工及眷属使用,员工也可参与由专业教练带领的运动课程,促进个人健康。

台积电还于新竹及台南有 3个厂区设立附设托儿所,配合员工工作时间,顾及员工托儿需求。
