盯上分销商Mouser专利侵权,首尔半导体这次要把事情闹大

韩国最早LED专业制造商首尔半导体表示，已对正在销售台湾亿光制造的LED产品的Mouser电子公司（全球电子元器件分销商）向德国杜塞尔多夫法院提起专利侵权诉讼。这是继2016年控告美国第三大零售商Kmart之后，专利诉讼对象扩大至全球零件分销商。

首尔半导体在今年3月，对由亿光等多家LED企业生产、Mouser电子公司销售的大功率LED产品提起过专利侵权诉讼，而此次专利侵权诉讼作为对亿光产品的连续诉讼，意味着首尔半导体正向竞争对手和分销商发出强烈警告，以尊重其知识产权。

上次专利侵权诉讼与亿光制造的大功率LED产品有关，而本次诉讼是与亿光主打产品－中功率封装相关，这是最大区别。针对专利侵权产品，首尔半导体已向法院要求侵权禁止命令、召回和销毁全部已售产品。

此次首尔半导体主张侵权的专利，与上次专利诉讼中涉及的专利技术不同，是首尔半导体固有专利，可以显著提升LED元件的光提取性能，广泛应用于中功率和大功率LED产品上。

首尔半导体公司相关负责人表示，知识产权是中小企业生存和发展所必需的，为了打造尊重知识产权的市场环境，首尔半导体将继续进行专利诉讼。

首尔半导体研究中心副总裁Nam Ki－bum先生表示，随着LED市场的不断扩大，许多公司侵犯专利技术，这是不公平的竞争行为，如果没有原创专利，就会像在沙子上堆房子一样。首尔半导体自成立25年以来，持续每年将10％的营业收入投入研发，不断强化其差别化的技术实力，努力成长为世界顶级企业，为年轻一代树立榜样，带来希望。
