日本限制原材料出口 韩国芯片厂或借机涨价清库存

据外媒报道，业内分析师表示，韩国存储芯片制造商三星和SK Hynix股价周三有所上涨，原因是投资者押注日本限制向韩国出口关键高科技材料会引发“副作用”，韩国芯片制造商可能借机减少产量，并削减库存。

三星和SK Hynix是受日本出口限制影响最大的公司。不过，虽然限制措施将在短期内使韩国芯片巨头难以找到替代材料供应，但这也可能促使他们减少库存和产量，这对提振芯片价格来说是个好消息。

韩国一家主要芯片制造商的内部消息人士表示：“鉴于日本对我们采取的报复行动，这可能是个机会，让我们清理那些在存储器中存放时间更长的芯片，并利用这个机会防止库存堆积。”

三星股价周三上涨1.9%，SK Hynix股价上涨4.6%，而大盘指数仅上涨0.6%。

韩国媒体援引一位未具名行业消息人士的话称，三星和SK Hynix最早在本月就会考虑减少NAND闪存的产量。不过，这两家公司都否认了上述报道，且没有提供进一步的评论。

NAND闪存芯片价格在过去一年里大幅下跌，因为产量增长快于需求。NAND芯片存在于移动设备以及存储卡、USB闪存驱动器和固态驱动器中。

韩国半导体与显示技术协会会长朴智健(Park Jea-guan)表示：“我们的芯片制造商正在努力将日本行动的影响降至最低，但另一方面，这可能也是我们降低三个月库存的好时机。”

日本上周表示，将限制向韩国出口用于生产半导体和智能手机屏幕的三种材料——光刻胶、氟化氢和聚酰亚胺。为此，三星与SK Hynix正寻求从其他地区购买更多这种材料。
