触控屏芯片厂商义隆接单旺 新增在台积电投片

9月2日消息，据台湾媒体报道，因客户不断追加订单，笔记本电脑触控板与触控屏幕IC龙头义隆第3季起新增在台积电投片。

受疫情影响，今年在线教育市场格外火热，今年教育应用的Chromebook需求旺盛，而义隆在Chromebook触控IC的市占率高达九成，业绩大增。

目前8寸晶圆代工产能吃紧，但Chromebook等订单量不断上修，因客户端需求实在太强劲。

义隆从第2季起在晶圆代工厂就是以最急件（Super Hot Run）投片。过去触控IC多在联电投片生产，第3季新增在台积电投片，以应对第4季需求。

义隆还表示，与客户确认销售目标与订单需求，预计今年全球笔记本电脑触控板需求可能达1.9亿套，年增约3,000万套。其中新增部分过半由Chromebook所贡献，正是义隆绝对优势的市场领域。

义隆专精于触控屏幕芯片(Touchscreen Controller)、以及带笔功能的触控屏幕芯片(Touchscreen Controller with Pen)、触摸板模块 (Touchpad Module)、指向装置(Pointing Stick)及生物辨识芯片(含指纹与人脸辨识)的研发及整体解决方案。其中，在全球笔电应用之芯片市场 ( 触控屏幕芯片、触摸板模块 & 指向装置在全球笔电市场的市占率位居第一) 居于前列。
