TT Electronics completes Stadium Group acquisition

　　In February 2018, TT Electronics began the acquisition of Stadium Group in a 45.8million deal. Today, (April 18) the acquisition has been completed.

　　TT Electronics says Stadium’s business is a “complementary fit” with its own strategy to “build leading positions” in sectors with structural growth drivers.
